Service publisher
Talk is a digital service published on a non-professional basis by an individual. Under Article 6 III-2 of French Law No. 2004-575 of June 21, 2004, a non-professional publisher may preserve their anonymity provided that their identification information has been supplied to the hosting provider.

How the service works
Talk lets people create and join public, anonymous audio discussions. Names are random and temporary. Audio is transmitted live through encrypted communications and is not recorded by Talk.
Topics, participation status, reports and pseudonymised technical identifiers required for safety may be processed to operate the service, prevent abuse and enforce removals.
Personal data and local storage
The browser stores the selected language and a random device identifier. A functional language cookie may also be used. Talk does not use advertising cookies.
Cloudflare Web Analytics provides aggregate traffic statistics without building individual visitor profiles. Infrastructure providers may also process technical data to secure and deliver the service.
To request access, correction or deletion of data relating to you, write to the contact address below. Reasonable evidence may be requested to prevent third-party access to your information.
Intellectual property
The Talk brand, interface, copy, graphic elements and service-specific code are protected by applicable intellectual-property rules. Any substantial unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.
Responsibility and content
Each participant remains responsible for what they say. Talk provides reporting and removal tools but cannot guarantee the permanent absence of inappropriate content. The service is an MVP and may evolve or be temporarily interrupted.
